"Pascal was a designer and a consultant working with me at Activision. Pascal did an outstanding job of integrating with the team. His depth of knowledge and insight about game design issues helped us quickly improve our design process. Pascal has experience on both mobile and console. I highly recommend working with Pascal."
"I've been working with Pascal on different projects and he has always shown a real dedication on the game design itself (building coherent structures, shaping and improving it all along) and also on the pedagogy around it: explaining his choices, providing benchmarks and studies... Definitely a strong asset for anyone needing game design insights."
"Pascal did an assignment for us and the request was to analyse on of our older games (8 years old) to see any potential new monetization loops (...) and he proposed numerous out of the box solutions with concrete steps. Pascal confirmed for us where we were not sure and actually brought a new monetization perspective as well. Pascal’s communication was clear, timely, keeping deadlines, structured."
I was commissioned by Activision as game and level design consultant on three open world hunting titles developed by Funlabs. One of my focuses was to help create rich and diversified level design.
Pixel Federation asked me to improve long term retention, monetization and to find new game loops for their successful mobile puzzle game, Diggy's Adventures.
On this second mission for Bohemia Interactive, I contributed to this original shoot-and-loot title, from pre-early release stage to its full release as a free-to-play game, by assessing maps design and by working on the retention features.
DICE asked me to assess how the destructible map feature was implemented in the level design.
SCEE asked me to do a full assessment of the game with a specific focus on the level design, the construction of the difficulty curve and the renewal of the players' experience.
Nitro Nation is a solid competitor to CSR Racing. Its developer, Creative Media, asked me to assess the game with a special focus on its onboarding.
